Managed IT Pricing
What does managed IT cost per month?
Managed IT is a fixed monthly management fee per user, while you pay for Microsoft 365 and security subscriptions directly under your ownership. Most professional managed IT management fees fall between $125 and $325 per user per month, depending on environment complexity and how much security and continuity governance you want.
You own the tools. We manage the outcomes.
You keep direct ownership of Microsoft 365 and your security licenses. We run the management system behind them: support, maintenance, standards, security administration, documentation, and planning.

Yes, each tier includes the labor needed to manage security controls within that tier’s scope. Your security tools and subscriptions are still purchased directly by you.
Backup planning and restore testing are included in tiers that include continuity governance. If recoverability is critical to your business, Tier 4 is designed to provide documented proof, not assumptions.
No, major projects are quoted separately so you approve scope and cost in advance. This keeps the monthly fee predictable.
